How we handle your information.
What we collect, why, and how to ask us to change or delete it.
What we collect
When you use our booking or contact form we collect: your name, phone number, email (if given), the address to be cleaned, property size, floor types, move-out or inspection date and time, optional extras, and any notes or message you write.
Why we collect it
We use it to confirm and carry out your booking, contact you about it, issue receipts or invoices, handle any re-clean request, and answer your questions. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Form submissions are stored in a Google Sheet and may be emailed to us, using Google services whose servers can be located outside Australia. Only LS Cleaning personnel who need the information to do the job can access it. We may share your address and booking details with a cleaner assigned to your job. We will disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and invoice records for as long as needed for the job and for tax record-keeping (generally five years), then delete or de-identify them. Contact-form messages that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months.
Cookies and similar technology
This website saves your language choice in your browser (local storage) so it is remembered between pages. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when a page loads. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics, or tools that record your browsing session, keystrokes or screen.
WeChat and Instagram
If you contact us through WeChat or Instagram, those platforms handle your messages under their own privacy policies.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by calling +61 424 554 880 or sending us a message through the contact form. If you are not happy with how we handled your information, contact us first. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
